Special Events Team

The Special Events team coordinates outreach events at scheduled times of the year. Examples of these events are …

  • Community Outreach Project – a one-week team that does construction projects for community organizations.
  • Summer Bar-B-Que organizer
  • Trunk or Treat in October
  • Follow the Star – guests travel to stations in the parking lot that tell the Christmas story.

This team coordinates, pulls together resources to host events.

Special Events Team Expectations

  • Availablity for preparation and planning sessions.
  • Dependability for tasks assigned.
  • There will likely be several preparation meetings leading upto the event.
  • Responsibilities will vary depending on the event.
