Hospitality Team
Hospitality team often serves behind the scenes by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, be it on a Sunday morning for coffee hour or through providing meals for funeral luncheons or other occasions. Hospitality allows us to extend love in a warm and welcoming environment.
Hospitality Team Expectations
- Coffee Hour.
- Arrive early to assist in the preparation of the coffee and transportation of coffee hour items to the Welcome Center.
- Stay until after the 2nd service begins to take down coffee hour and clean up.
- Funeral Meals.
- Assist the Deacons by helping to set up the dining room for funeral dinners.
- Help to prepare food for funeral dinners.
- Clean up.
- Christmas Decorations
- A team of people is needed to decorate the sanctuary for the Christmas season.
- Christmas Eve.
- Arrive early for set up of refreshments
- Stay after to assist in clean up.
Final Words
